phone scam about my name, social and physical address being on the list for federal investigation. the person left a message and I had to ask my husband to listen to it since I could hardly understand what the caller was saying. heavy Indian or Pakistani accent. The called from number 240-22-7597

    I had apply for a loan from cash USA on 3/21/2017, I receive and text message that I was approve for the 2000.00 and that I needed to call 214-628-0107 so I call the number and a man with and Indian or Pakistan accent answer and said he needed more information so I gave him my routing and bank account number so he can deposit the loan amount. He also ask for my online Information I didn't give him that, so then he said he was going to do a test transaction of 400.00, so when I look at my bank info there was 400.00 there then he said I needed to go to the nearest Western union and sent it back and I did. The name of the person he text me was Hank Jicha, city and state was Greenville ga. Now I am out of $428.00. I checked the phone  number and it is out of Dallas, Texas. Should I call the Dallas police dept.
