Still Waiting

I ordered the ring, and still see the comercial for the ring was told the ring is on backorder for 15 days then it will ship I wanted the ring for my anniversary I upgraded to the better RING or rings and also ordered it to be shipped in no time at all...Anniversary has come and gone and still waiting I also paid an extra 10.00 to get the ring here in 10 days so I called they will give me 5.00 as a credit for the delay...SO WHY ARE THEY STILL TRYING TO SELL THE RING THAT IS BACKORDERED ?? And I check www.getorderstaus.com everyday and it still says it will be shipped in 15 buisness days.......REALLY ??? it's been 30 business days.. and they told me that the warehouse hasn't updated them on the shipping staus YET...REALLY???? Makes you wonder why we watch and fall into this trap ..I think the ring is beautiful But I wonder why they are still trying to sell something that WE or others MAY Never GET, and then you have to fight with your credit card company and I have never received my email erither to confirm my order  MMMMMMM   I think its crazyness.. Wont do this ever again......
