Dera sir, This has reference to my application No: 73718 dated 8th July 2008 was mailed through Speed Post along with a D/D of 1000 drawn on SBI for registration. However, till date I have received No confirmation for admission into MBA programme. The last date of paying fees reaches to end as Expiry or dead line and am afraid to acknowledge the status. sir, Please let me confirm have you recived the application form no. 29128 of my son Mr. Sunny Mehta for MBA course which was submitted at your information centre Shanti Chamber, 11 / 6B, Pusa Road, New Delhi on 13/05/11 alongwith cash paid of Rs.1000-00 cash receipt no.9202 (Prospectus Receipt-20). As per Mr.Kartic Coordinator & Admission Counsel*or* *Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning* Amiga Institute of Management & Technology, assured me that he will sent the form to you on 14/05/11 and on 17/05/11 I, talked with Mr. Kartic about the form he told me the application form no.29128 has already been sent to Symbosis, Pune.Please do the needful and intimate to me.
