No response on my application

I applied for a Credit card from State Bank of India the last week of April. No one is responding on their tool free number. I was told that the card will arrive in 15 days, and it didn't happen.

My friend applied for his credit card renewal at the same time, and they also didn't respond to him yet. They took the money for the new card but no card was sent. They don't respond to our requests, and no one is able to help us with this.
