Unauthorized Charge

I thought I closed this account out about a year ago and recieved a 79 dollar charge. I called them and they said they would give me a refund and ever emailed me a conformation letter back. Tried to contact them and cant. Called my bank and it is going to be a big hassle to get the money ack. Do not do business with these people and cancel your card
