calls received at least once to twice a day

I missed a call from my area and prefix and different last 4 obviously, so I called it back. A Filipino man answered the call, said he was a rep for "member card services" and I asked with what Company? He said they rep lots of Companies, started rattiling off the names, WFB, Citibank, AMEX, BOFA and a few more. I asked him if you are part of my CC company then why don't you just lower my rate because of my good payment history. He kept talking over me and I was starting to get very upset. I asked him to remove my name/number from his calling and I told him he was a scammer and so was the Company. He kept arguing with me. I finally hung up and He called me right back!! I answered very upset and told him to stop calling me DAILY and to remove my number!! He said No he would not and that he would continue to keep calling. I yelled at him and told him to STOP and hung up. I block numbers daily at least 2-3 times of these idiots. When is enough, enough!!! I am not giving any info over the phone to anyone. They will never get any info from me, and I feel sorry for those that believe these people that prey on the weak and innocent!!
