Trouble cancelling package

I bought a travel package for $398 with the understanding that I could cancel within 15 days.  I got an e-mail with the *details* of what was involved (several of which weren't mentioned by the rep who sold it) and decided to cancel the next day.  When I called to cancel, the guy who answered wanted to argue with me about the terms and conditions hung up on me when I insisted he cancel the package.  When I called back, I got the same guy, who wanted to continue to argue.  I noted that the rep had told me I had fifteen days to cancel and asked whether he was going to cancel it or not.  He finally said he canceled it and I would get a refund in 7 - 10 days.  We'll see....

    If you don't see the charges reversed within 10 days, file a fraud dispute of their charges through your bank, anc block your credit card or close your checking account due to fraud to prevent additional charge cramming.

    This company made material deceptive misrepresentations, which is an entirely valid reason to cancel when they later disclosed their real terms.  Do not let them run out your 60 day bank dispute period with empty promises of a refund, without filing a bank dispute, since that may be your only effective way to get your money returned.
