They call people and make fraud.

They call people saying that they won 4,000 dollars then request for the credit or debit card number because they say taxes have to be paid;to get the money in products they have to buy online,in paid hotels for vacations and in 1,000 dollars shopping online,but they take the money out the bank and all that is a scam.THEY MAKE FRAUD.
