Weak network issue

I have been complaining for the network problem in my area from last 4 months that i can't even send msgs in whatsap or nothing is opening, the worst network i have ever seen and even then they are not doing any solution for the same even after complaining 10-15 time, all they can do is they say that it will take some time some more time and so on, if you are not able to provide the service in center of the city(satna mp) itself, then why are you using a big name or fake ads like bharat ke sabse tez network me apka swagat hai, all fake promises, I think 4 months are enough to solve any problem issue.. Call drop data wastage everything, i cant even get calls from the people, always they say that your no. Is busy all the time. It really sucks i must say plz do something nahi to doobne me jyada samay nahi lagega.
