Leather Couch

After noticing a small tear/rip in the cushion that got bigger, I contacted the 7 year warranty company.  A technition came to my house to inspect the damaged leather couch.  He determined that there was a flaw in the leather.  Macy's said that there was nothing they could do, as their manufacturer warranty is 1 year.  Worrynomore said that they could not do anything about it either.  I have a tear/rip in my couch and I am still within the 7 year warranty and no one will help me!
