repeated robotic phone calls from spoof numbers (same company)

This company calls several times a day consecutively, despite my number being listed on the Do Not Call Registry. After a long dialogue about their promotion, they ask if this is something I'd be interested in repeatedly. Blocking the number doesn't help. They'll just call back again with a new number that has my area code and the first 3 digits of my phone number. Always a girl named Jessica or Amanda
