Wiring Problem with Slomin Alarm

Since the tech came to my home to install internet and directv my alarm system has been disconnect I call the alarm company and they will be out on April 25.2012 to connect the wiring which is 79,00 and hour  which I will be forwarding to you , Very upset and annoyed, It weas a month later after installation was my internet working you can check my account
