I purchased advast security protection and first they charged me 39.99 then turned around and nexwaysoftware.com takes out 19.99 and I didn't authorized it. plus my internet service has been slow and every site I go to they pop up the site are not responding. plus their google chrome I had to uninstall because it was made my primary internet site and it just slowed down all the other sites I try to get on. Just be aware people they in it together to get your money.

    j'ai le meme probleme que Regina J'ai acheté une protection de sécurité advast et d'abord ils m'ont fait payer 39,99 puis se retourna et nexwaysoftware.com prend à 19,99 et je ne l'ai pas autorisé. plus mon service Internet a été lente et chaque site je vais ils pop up sur le site ne sont pas la réponse. en plus de leur chrome google j'ai dû désinstaller car il a été mon principal site internet et ça ralentit tous les autres sites que j'essaie de monter à bord. Juste des gens conscients qu'ils en ensemble pour obtenir votre argent. merci de bien vouloir me remboursé le 39.99

    Took it out of mine 02/06/14 and I don't remember giving permission. Don't even know what its for $ 59.99. I sure would like it put back in my account. What was it for anyway? It says Nexwaysoftware.com/ I don't have money to spend like that, especially when I don't know what is for. Some kind of software.

      I purchased Avast last year. A year later they debited my account for a renewal without my consent. After this was sorted out and the money reversed by my bank, they tried it again.

      Be very careful when ordering goods online with them and don't give out your bank details. When I raised this with them, they chose to not reply to any of my Emails.

    My checking account is showing as overdrawn this morning because Nexway Software took out $29.99 without authorization.  Does anyone know who to call or file a complaint with?  I didn't order anything from them, just did the 30 day trial of the advanced Avast and passed on purchasing it.  Thanks!

    Same dam deal. Less than one hour after registering a site with Domains You Control.com, a $ 29.99 charge went thru my bank from NEXWAYSOFTWARE. I am going after my money, they were given zero authorization !!!!!!!!!!!!

    Mon compte à été crédité par avast pour %54.00 et 2 jours plus tard par nexwaysolftware pour le même montant soit $54.99 Ce qui me fait un compte total de $109.98.  Le 2e montant n'a jamais été autorisé.

    i have paid for this software yesterday it has crashed my pc and i cannot get back in, the error shows the avast download via this link caused the issue, i cannot even use my pc i have now had to pay a proffessional to take a look

    I had free Avast and got an upgrade offer for a better version.  I decided to go ahead and purchase it.  Never realizing that I was charged by a company called Nexway Software.com. They charged my credit card $29.99. Computer crashed!

    on my last bank statement I was billed by nexwaysoftware.com. for $49.99. I did not authorize this charge and do not intend to pay for this fraudulent charge. if it is not credited back immediately  I will cancel all accounts I have with avast. and demand a refund of any and charges that I have paid them. IN addition i will contact the better business bureau and n.c. & cal. state attorney general.

    I am an 80 year old lady and they almost scammed me today I believe.  When I called to find out why my computer shows no security protection I called and talked to two Asians and could not understand either one much.  I never did find out why I have no protection after paying$ 34.99 in June. ( Sam messed with my computer a bit.) However I was given the opportunity to  pay $350 for lifetime protection or $200 for a one year.  I amost screamed NO WAY and was offered a one year protection for $159.  I told SAM All I wanted is to find out why I have no Avast protection when I paid for it already.   I was so upset I got off the phone. This bunch should not even be allowed to be in the USA is my feeling.

    I had the same problem or even more complex. They took money from my account/without my consent, I did not receive any email with new licence to activate it and I even bought a new licence by me self this time. Wrote to Avast and waiting for their response.

    it is all fault of the small print :) just so you know, it is possible to change auto-reneval options; you need to login in to your avast account and change it; login and password is in email;

    I used to use Avast and the first problem I have because the Anti-virus didn't do its job they wanted to charge me for help. I fixed the problem myself. I had been with Avast for  long time.
    Today I find out they debited 39.99 from pay pal and I didn't sign back up. Infact I sent them an email telling them my disgust and that I had a new Antivirus by Trend. When I called you get people that cannot understand you or you them. I will also report it to the Ausatralian Dept of Fair Trading as a scam and may be the police.
