This company convinced my wife that our computer needed cleaning, she gave them credit card information and now I am seeing a charge for $80.00  Bunch of scam artists.  She thought she was contacting Microsoft.  Need to shut this outfit down.

Call your card company & file a fraudulent use claim.  You are dealing with CROOKS - not Microsoft.!!   The run a virus & malware scan.

    It's fraud, so dispute it..
They used deception to get your wife to divulge her credit card number:
    1)  They pretended to be Microsoft.
    2)  They created the appearance that your computer had a problem.
    3)  They pretended to "fix a problem" that it didn't have.
    4)  They may have sold some "service plan" based on the above deceptions.
Contact your bank to dispute the charge as FRAUDULENT, and have your bank block your card number to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
