Misleading and refusal to immediately cancel

Offer to try make up from Macy's going out of business sale so if you liked it you could order from Macy's online laterally
Realized it was an ongoing charged and asked to be cancelled
Was told I could cancel but to stop reoccurring charges had to call another number to cancel that
Called them they said I would have to send back product at my expense
I told them that this was an order within the last five minutes and nothing could have been sent out yet
