I would give them a "0" out of "10" on satisfaction....from their technician, to sticking to appointment times (waited from 12-5, and he showed up at 6:40pm last week.....this week waited from 12-5 and he showed up at 5:20) and Customer Service is an abomination.  Waited on hold for 62 minutes on my 3rd attempt to reach a supervisor.....my phone handset ran out of battery, and still no supervisor answered my call.  They are pathetic.  Look elsewhere if you want "service" - they can't deliver it at any level.
