Thomas Schoenberger is well known as a pathological liar, con artist, scammer and cyber stalker. He has collected over $100,000.00 from clients and spent the money himself without paying the artists. Selling pieces of art work to who ever he can scam. In some cases it has been confirmed he sold more than the shares he owns. He posts under many different names on the internet with nothing but lies. He makes claims about people, ownership of companies when you can clearly check to see who owns the mentioned companies showing the posts to be false. He does this in an effort to slander people who do not go along with him. See the above website on Thomas.
Ron Israel has stolen equipment, Karaoke Music, MP3’s, Music Videos, Virtual DJ software, Wireless Microphones, DJ Lighting, two EQ’s and Karaoke CDG Disc’s. He has also stolen lighting fixtures and cabinet from my house.
He also was to pay in the first quarter of 2008 $150,000.00 to be 49% owner of Star Sounds Productions & 25% owner of North Bay Entertainment. Ron paid $55,000.00 and has not paid the balance due. He also owes after 41/2 years $29,345.00 to the company.
Ron has been operating LegendMakers Karaoke Show and Ron Israel’s Window Cleaning without insurance or a business license.

2. In 2001 Thomas Schoenberger entered into a contract with Randy Harris as the DJ division of North Bay Entertainment. Mr. Harris sued Mr. Schoenberger for $48,000.00 for nonpayment. http://napavalleyregister.com/news/article_705240b6-dc84-585c-abd0-4050456e22fb.html is an article. Mr. Schoenberger stalked Mr. Harris by letters, emails & news paper, claiming Mr. Harris held a gun on him. Mr. Schoenberger lost in court.
3. In 2002 Thomas stalked the owner and president of Viviani Destination services, and even followed the president of the firm to her mother's house 100 miles away and placed a sign on her mother's front yard. A police report was filed.
4. Over the same incident, where Thomas was upset with the DNC, Schoenberger stole stationary from a well-known caterer and wrote a poison pen letter as if it were from said caterer.
5. In 2005 Christine Andrews owner of Ecoutez Music was stalked by Mr. Schoenberger just because she was a competitor and told the truth about Mr. Schoenberger...
6. Jay Goetting writer for The Napa Register was stalked by Schoenberger because he didn’t print the lies about Mr. Harris of Pacific Entertainment. He reported just the facts.
7. Eric Symons was recruited by Schoenberg and was not paid his commissions. Schoenberger started stalking Symons in 2009 falsely attacking his company Simply The Best Entertainment with total falsehoods and nothing to backup his claims.
8. Steven Leflar has been stalked by Mr. Schoenberger since 2008. In 2004 Mr. Leflar loaned Schoenberger $18,000.00 to help keep North Bay Entertainment from Bankrupcy and to date still owes $6,000.00. In 2008 Mr. Schoenberger approached Mr. Leflar to become a partner in North Bay Entertainment. In January 2004 Thomas Schoenberger Borrows $18,000.00 From Steven Leflar And Still Owes $6000.00 to pay his creditors. He Once Again had Been Stealing Artists Money Paid By Clients. There is still a $6,000.00 balance due.

In 2005 Thomas Schoenberger breachs his contract with Pacific Entertainment (Randy Harris) and doesn’t pay the money owed. Mr Harris sued Thomas for over $48,000.00 and wins.

On April 9, 2007 Thomas closed his business license in Napa citing he moved to Rohnert Park CA when in fact he operated North Bay Entertainment through April 2009 in Napa.

In Feb 2008 Steven Leflar was approached by Schoenberger to become a partner in North Bay Entertainment.
