Over Charged and cancellation

I try to order the offer of a Diamond Z4 Ring. After I gave the Credit Card information, I was charged the triple amount of the original offer and added a product I did not Ordered. Immediately I tried to cancel the order but the system did not allowed to do so. I contacted the customer service to cancel the order but I was told had to wait 24hr.  Since then I had spoken to a  different person in the costumer service department and after I start my complain they hung up the  phone, I got no answer. Today finally a person named Luis Gonzalez told me that was too late to cancel. This is a fraud, they did not let me cancel the order I did not authorized. Do not let people like this to ripped you up.
