I tried to cancel but your offices were closed !!!!!!!

I found your "charge" on my bank statement  I was to cancel before the 23rd however I have been laid up because I blew out my knee. I tried to cancel but your offices are closed !!!!!! How am I supposed to cancel if you are not even in the office. If your policy is to cancel at a certain time then YOU NEED TO BE OPEN SO A PERSON CAN DO JUST THAT !!!!  I am on SSD I have an extremely limited amount of money each month. I CANNOT AFFORD THIS. Your company and their neglect has caused an overdraft on my account!!!  I want ALL of my money back, plus the bank charge for overdraft IF YOU DO NOT FIX THIS AND CANCEL RIGHT NOW !!!  I can't call my bank either since it is the weekend. I wonder if you look at the calendar and do this on purpose to people. This is a sad and regretful , horrible way to conduct business. I will cancel ALL the other products I was trying. I will never buy from GNC again. I will tell anyone who will listen NOT to ever buy anything from GNC online ever again. I cannot believe that you conduct yourselves this way. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves taking advantage of poor people, elderly and those not so intelligently inclined !!!!
