First you call and they drop the call after you are on hold 10 minutes. That's standard operating procedure. Happens each time. Then they overbill you. Try straightening out that mess. Frank (ID number 100675527) promised it was corrected. Confirmed my $300 credit. But guess what never shows on my statement. What a scam. Someone from this company needs to go to jail. The worst I have ever dealt with.
