After being served, I noticed one teller ask a customer if he would like to donate “R2 to so charity “. Which I was not asked I checked my receipt and sure enough the teller had rung up an extra R2. When I asked for the refund I was made to look like the thief not KFC! Please check your receipts as I don’t know how many people are being taken for R3 with out there knowledge!

    how the hell on a saterday evening can u run out of fried chicken after standing for 20min in the queue a kfc worker comes to all the cars and tel them the chicken wil be another 10min after that 10min they come and say al the chicken is finish we need to wait again...we the customers r hungry u could hav offered something to dring and eat to keep customers happy...the staf is standing and laughing bad service ever

    Same story! Every single time I come to KFC Muizenberg theres a queue both drive through and in shop, you sit for nearly an hour for sub standard chicken. This evening we arrived at 8.30pm, its now 9pm and we still havent ordered. We'd leave, but we're stuck in the non moving drive through queue!!!! One person has even gotten out their car to try order inside, not that that helps. And Never even the slightest apology! Over it!!! Not supporting this shoddy, badly run establishment again, and will be certain to spread the message.

    KFC Muizenberg Capricorn is the worst KFC by far. No chocolate milkshake for 6 months. Permanently bad service.  Constant queues. Bad bad service served with dried chicken. Never again. I will rather drive to tokai nandos.

    Sunday evening the16th august we stopped at kfc muizenberg to get some zinger wings. We were told it would take about 7 minutes to which we replied was fine. Waiting at the collection at the drive through for about 10 minutes we were told to park in the parking lot and it would be brought to us. Which again we had no problems with.30 minutes later we were still waiting and noticed that the staff at the collections side of the drive through were telling people they were closed. So we got out the car and knocked on the window to ask where our order was. The lady proceeded to tell us they were closed and wouldnt even enteetain opening the window or even look at us to explain we ordered and paid and we were still waiting for our food. She proceeded to stick her tongue out at us and the gentleman sitting on the counter next to her took his thumb with his red kfc spoon and ran it across his throught and pointed at us and then proceeded to do it again.  With that a lady came out with our order and I insisted security ope  the door so I can speak to the manager. While I proceeded to go off because of the employee's behaviour and his hand jester I was given a blank stare only for him to be still sitting on the counter eating his mash giving us a blank stare and no explanation for his behaviour. Your other staff members proceeded to apologise eventually because they knew exactly what his hand jester meant while he got off the counter and walked away. This is absolutely disgusting and I will not leave this. Your service is shocking and so are those two staff members. Who do they think they are? How many people have they done that to already and people have just let it go.  I will not. You are giving kfc a bad reputation and I am absolutely appalled by the behaviour from sunday from the staff.

    Last night (17 Nov 2017 )  ordered KFC meal wich includes 6 pieces chicken 3 mini loafs and 2 gravies . When we went to collect there was only the chicken . I asked were was the rest of the order and she brought 2 mini loafs and one gravy . I asked again where the rest of the order was, she went again and fetch the rest and kept the mini loaf behind her back , I had to ask for the third time for my order where she took the mini loaf from behind her back and put on top of the counter with no apology at all. KFC one place is enough to give you a bad name . You are loosing custumers one by one . Even the chicken tasted [***] that night .
