Dear Sir/Madam,

Greetings!!!

I, the undersigned Ms.Shraddha Mishra, wants to launch the complaint against the tele-caller/ Customer Care Dept.I am using the official number as this number belong to the Owner of my organisation,your chap called up twice one was Dinesh and i dont remember the other name  called up n was rudely talking to me , though i wanted to know the reason behind the call, may be was the outstanding bill, He would have been called to remind us , but the way he spelled my boss name, and was curious to know wat the relation of mine with the owner .. However really feel regret, that we have chosen the AIRTEL Company. We have around 29 simcards belonging to ur comapany.I would request you to kindly find out that person & pls call back to us..I would be putting the mails to the Headoffice n all ur outlets....

    i just want to let u know that you people have so poor cstomer service and very unprofessional people at the customer care who doesnt know how to speak and how to deal with people and acnt solve the problem and they charge for the customer care as well.. its better u dont have a customer care department.. i feel like throwing my sim off.. my number 9903237195.

    Sir this is to bring to your kind notice that I have a dish connection, which is not responding. there is no power output from SET UP BOX. even after several complaints no any proper response is given. till no no enginner is being sent to attend my call.
