Worn out waher

Hello I bought a sears Kinmore top load washer and less then 2 years when the washer went into spin cycle I herd a large banging sound had to call the sears service man and he told me the barrel rods are bent and need replacing I paid them to fix the washer and the 3th year went by and I herd the same sound again I looked around and noticed the left support was comply rusted off and the support rod was dangeling feely called sears again and they told me I need to get a new washer it is sad when you send almost 600,00 hundred dollars on a washer and get only 3years of use
