Terrible Service

I ordered a Tornado Tools pressure washer for my husband. He waiting a while to use it and then found the directions unintelligible. There was no manufacturer contact info on the product or the directions, so we called Heartland for assistance in contacting the manufacturer.  Over and over again all they could say was we had passed out 30 day return window and they weren't responsible.  After over 20 minutes, I finally reached someone who gave me a phone number in Hong Kong for Double D Trading.  When I pointed out that this was not a manufacturer and that they were still selling this product and must have a way to contact the manufacturer, I was again treated to their slogan -- sorry, your 30-day return period has expired.
