Excessive, Abusive and Wrong Number Calls

Each and every day someone calls my cell phone accusing me of owing a debt that I know nothing about. The reps are rude, belligerent and talk over me in a manner such that I cannot answer their questions. They call as many as 6 times a day, starting at 7:00 a.m. and throughout the day until 9 or 10 p.m. I am disabled and bedridden. These calls have me so stressed that I cannot think of anything else. I have already suffered a stroke and I guess a heart attack will be next. If TRS becomes the reason that I am no longer here for my family, it will be sued to the furthest extent of the law.

Contact a consumer attorney, as you can sue debt collectors for violations of FDCPA that include harassment, abusive calls, and deceptive claims that you owe some debt you don't, or that you have no right to dispute their claim.
