What name are the charges under?
Is this "First National Bank" your bank, or is it the name the charges are showing up under?
Any phone numbers associated with the charges?

Repeated charges of $54 are consistent with a typical "discount membership" or similar "negative option" cramming scam.  They often get consumer account information from other shady online retail merchants, supposedly "authorized" through fine print you were never intended to find.

Immediately contact your bank to dispute all fraudulent charges, and close the account or block the card number due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  Follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address.

Your bank can reverse disputed charges if you notify them of your dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov
