Today is th seventh time I have dealt with getting a faulty freezer refrigerator repaired, and now replaced. Once Ahs hands it off to a company of their choosing, I get the run around. No sense calling them as they take no responsibility at that point.They direct you on how to deal with the company THEY chose. I don't pay Sears home every month I pay Ahs. Way to cya Ahs. I have use my home warranty twice in the last two and a half years, both times were definitely horrible experiences. I will be shopping for another company, although I doubt any of them are any better.
