Dishonest Billing/ Cancellation Practices

I had a membership with Blast I was in a car accident and unable to use it do to injuries I sustained, I called and was told too bad you have to pay for next 5 months even though you can't use it anymore. After the 5 months were up I went in person got the manager to cancel my membership, per their cancellation policy. I  got a letter stating it's cancelled. That was 2 months ago I have been called 2x a week by someone saying your account is in collections but good news their here to help. Unbelievable billing and cancellation practices.
