Turkish Airlines staff do not follow their stated policy, treat their "customers" unprofessionally, their customer service never returns calls/emails regarding a complaint other than simply defending their employees and ending with "Thank you for choosing Turkish Airlines." Really????
Just serving better-than food (still worse than the food you can get from a decent airport restaurant for $15-20, an unimportant amount considering the plane ticket cost) does not make them a good airline. They should train their employees on how to be a professional and how to run a large airline.
