Bad cushions and fabric

We purchased a large sectional in November of 2011. By September of 2012, the cushions were sagging and the fabric was pilling. I do have 2 cushions on the way that I have to relace myself, but no help on the fabric. We spent $2000.00 on this and it is THE WORST furniture I have bought.We have no recourse. I would like to take it back and get my money returned, but the store where I purchased this has since burned down.
