I received a call from a person that don't speak to english saying I qualify for a government locality grant the i don't have to pay back and can be used for anything but alcohol or gambling of any kind. And gave me a call back number and an approval number he then asked a course questions and asked if they were correct then he was going to transfer me to the grant line so I could get the money into my account right away and told me i had only had 10 minutes to call back in case we got hungup
