Cancellation and credit card charges

I didnt receive any parcels and my credit card was charged 189.98 on Fed 22, 179.95 on feb 13 and 180.08 on feb 2. I want these charges reversed or I am going to better business bureau as I notified them of a cancellation.

You may be dealing with a cramming scam. They typically offer some "free trial for shipping and handling" to get your card number, then they start automatically shipping and charging your card for some ridiculously priced "health product" or "beauty product". They commonly hide "autoshipment terms" somewhere on their website, but buried in fine print, since victims aren't supposed to catch this until after the charges start. Also, even though supposedly you could "cancel during the trial period", in reality, the trial sample is shipped to arrive AFTER the trial period expires, and if you cancel, you can expect them to just "lose" the cancellation and keep charging.
Disputes through BBB just help hide their fraud from the banking system and government agencies. The only safe way to get your money back is through a bank dispute, and you also must block your card number or they will keep slipping through charges for the rest of your life.
