Immediately contact your bank to dispute their charges, and have your bank shut down your account to prevent further fraud and theft. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E.
File fraud complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General.
File a mail fraud complaint with the US Postal Inspector.
