I've tried to advise these people that I do NOT wish to renew, yet I keep receiving letters warning me that the magazine will be stopped.  I do not like the tone of such letters and do not see why they think it's a positive way to interact with continuing/potential customers!  The rate they want is given as a higher amount than I've seen on websites where you can subscribe.  Someone needs to be on the same page. Can't find any way online to contact them....only option is to subscribe!  Good Housekeeping...I'm done!!

    Walk right up to the edge of implying "your account is going to collections", without quite saying that, and some people can be coerced to "voluntarily" renew.

      Your magazine subscription might expire, and they'll stop sending it.
