my samsung sidekick and the customer sevice at T-mobile

I bought a sidekick about 8 months ago and had nothing but problems. My phone is costantly freezing and I have to take the battery out and turn the phone on all the time. T- mobile has given me the run around and I'm fed up with it. Is there anything u can help me with this problem.
