I bought a sidekick about 8 months ago and had nothing but problems. My phone is costantly freezing and I have to take the battery out and turn the phone on all the time. T- mobile has given me the run around and I'm fed up with it. Is there anything u can help me with this problem.

    I paid over $500.00 for my sidekick. Less than a year of use, it froze up and began turning off and on, repeatedly. Went back to T-Mobile and they basically said "Too bad". I take very good care of my stuff; no water, banging around, etc. This phone is a piece. Lots of complaints noted on internet but no acknowledgement from Samsung, can't find way to contact manufacturer. Would NEVER by another Samsung product.
