Fraud

They called me and told me that they could help me get out from under my 22% credit card.  They opened 2 credit cards at 0% intrest and said that they would get the money transfered from my CC to these 2 cards and once they opened my cards they have not done anything for me since.  I have called them several times and they shut off my phone number so that it will go straight to the voice mail box that is always full.  I have not tried to contact them on 8 different phones and they all go to the mail box then hang up.
