Bank of America cannot get out of its own way, one hand does not know what the next is dooing whatsoever.  Debra Kamp one of its CRM employees cannot seem to get anything done correctly for over 90 days, since April, 2012 we have been asking for a submission to the short sale department, but NOOOOOOOO she cannot seem do do it correctly at all. The consumer has asked for it, I have authorization to speak with them and NO ONE calls back, promises are made and never kept. The bank has such a bad reputation, they deserve it. If there were a way to go after them legally my client would. This is disgusting.
