Doorbell damaged when DIRECTTV installed.

While installing DIRECTTV doorbell kept ringing, then it stopped.  After installer left the house, that afternoon the door bell started a continual loud buzzing.  When my husband got home he had to go up into the attic and disconnect the doorbell.  Was afraid the house might catch on fire. I called for help with the issue that evening (1/20/2016.)  They told me the claim was filed and we would hear back shortly.  We did not hear back, so I called the next day and never heard from anyone.  Finally on Saturday, I called again.  I was told we would definitely hear from someone on Sunday.  We never heard from anyone.  I called today Monday,(1/25/2016) and was told once again it was taken care of - still have not gotten any help.  I asked to speak with a supervisor.  The supervisor told me that I had to file a written complaint, this is the first time I was ever told this.  So, I am now filing this complaint.  I hope to hear from someone soon.  I am not happy with the service regarding this problem.  I hope to hear from you VERY SOON!
