Dishwashet

My dishwasher has not worked since th week before Thanksgiving!  The repair man called Monday before Thanks giving and have not heard a word from another!  It took my 30 hours to reach a person I four days, bad business!  I live in a very extensive home in Oklahoma and she said it was only worth 599$ and I would have to go looking for the model number to look at it, what?  The installer has the measurements!  I want the dishwasher by Christmas, I don't think I shoe go look.  She gave me a number so I would not have to wait another 4 hours, she lied!  Her name is Mercedes in the appliance department.  What a scam!  I want this taken care of yesterday!  What a disappointment!  I bet I don't hear anything from you either!  405-3646310.  I expect a call within the next 25 hours!!  You treat people horribly, rude and total lack of respect !  Surprise me and cal
