They are reported to be getting account information from on-line sites offering payday loans. Instead of getting a loan, people get fraudulent charges like this. Did you apply for any loans on-line, giving your account information?
Your most effective response is to dispute the fraudulent charge in writing with your bank, and close that checking account, switching to a new account number to prevent future fraudulent charges.
While you are at it, however, also file complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the Arizona AG.

I never authorized this company to take money out of my account. They continued to do so which cost me over $100 in service fee's from the bank. I then went into the site and canceled in writing and they still continued to try and take the money from my account. The next time they hear from me now it will be with an attorney to sue them. I finally had to go to the bank and stop payment. This is a very nasty company.
