They have a pattern of complaints indicating harassing levels of robocalls, including many complaints they are calling people who, like you, claim they never used their services, or agreed to charges.

They claim to be a "billing service", whatever that is, but unlike true credit card companies or legitimate debt collectors, they appear to use their self-chosen description as an excuse to avoid providing substantiation for their bills.

Although they claim to bill for third party collect calling companies, there are also reports that they may bill for some sleazy "charities" or "adult" services, both of which might be sources of crammed fraudulent charges.

There are also reports that, because the collect call companies use totally automated authorization systems, their collect call "authorization" can occur even on reaching a voice mail message with no live person.  If this was used for third party billing of calls, it would be a security breach easily exploitable by thieves to make "free" calls to other numbers.

"they got my infor also.said it was for a colloct call.my company dont allow collect calls, and a charge i didnt know hoe much or havent seen invoice on it .they say they sent me orange envolope.i never got one from them"

Those are indications that either they may be billing you in error, possibly by someone with a simlar name, or that someone else may have used their services through use of information similar to yours.

Since your are getting the run-around, contact your state Attorney General or the Indiana Attorney General for assistance.

    BBB report, rated "F".

Note that most of their complaints are for "Billing or Collection Issues", or "Selling Practices", consistent with your problem.

They have had this complaint pattern for several years, apparently doing little to deal with the underlying problem.

Harassment no more.  These same jokers called me about a bill I had no knowledge of.  The man on the other line was rude.  I asked if he was black.  I could tell by his accent.  He got mad.  He wanted to know how I knew he was black, I said I could smell the fried chicken on his breath.  He began to swear.  I told him I was proud my granddaddy was in the Klan.  He hung up.  Never called back.  Aha!  Treat them like dirt they don't come back!
