this company has called my home once a day for the past two month and sometime two or three times a day is there anything i can do to stop it.

The Do Not Call law has an exception for companies you already have a business with, political calls (Congress looks after itself), and charities.
You can, however, request that they put you on their internal Do Not Call list. If they refuse, file a complaint with their state Attorney General.
