this thing is horrible tearing holes in all our clothes no matter what cycle you put it on the first washer the drum and arms holding it fell apart this one rips holes in all our shirts they get stuck between the door and drum you have to babysit the wash and make sure the clothes don't get stuck what a piece of junk they got me twice i guess i'm the dummy but I'm calling until i get action this is crap sears should stop selling junk .

    I so agree   i found 7 socks stuck in that area between the door and drum and was causing holes in my clothes and was not working properly    i think they should reimburse everyone who purchased this along with their loss for clothing as I know for sure I too have lost quite a bit of clothes
