Additional information on fraudulent charges or telemarketing fraud perpetrated against BofA customers.

    https://complaintwire.org/Complaint.aspx/tYc4K1wNsACmMAjLZ-BuTg

Contact your bank to notify them that the charges are fraudulent, and close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.

Send a WRITTEN DISPUTE of all fraudulent charges to your dispute address from your statement.  Indicate that you did not authorize the charges, and that they are fraudulent.  Send that dispute certified return receipt requested, so you have proof of the date you sent it, and the date they received it.

Based on other complaints, BofA will attempt to transfer you directly to the telemarketing company that made the fraudulent charges in the first place.  Do NOT accept this, as they are just giving the fraudulent telemarketer another chance to "sell" you the same thing they fraudulently charged you for.

File your complaint in writing, as indicated above.  If you do not get your money promptly refunded, contact the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to file a complaints.  www.occ.gov

I honestly think BofA is in on this fraud. Why is the happening to only BofA card members. I am having this same problem with their privacy assist group. They have been charging monthly fees of $12.95, even after asking them to stop charging me for that unwanted serivce.

Bank of America is in on the scam. how are this company getting our credit card numbers? "I smell something and it is very smelly like BofA"

I just called the number to cancel and the guy started trying to tell me what to do, and When I said I still wanted to cancel he gave me a cancelation number and then hung up on me, really is that how a real insurance company would act?
