Calling about an unknown person

I have received 2 calls from this company (although the representative Abdul) debied the first call.  They are pursuing someone named Catalina ? (I was unable to understand the Last name).  I do not know the person to whom they are referring.  The first caller indicated this person is my neighbor.  However, if this is indeed a neighbor, the call is inappropriate.  I informed the second rep Abdul, I will file harrassment charges if I hear from them again.
