Phone # offering free $ 1000 Wal Mart card (which is a phony) 718-687-7526.  This phone # is from the state of New York.  I am contacting my cell phone carrier's Fraud Division and reporting the phone number(s) (this is the second one I have received).  I had this same issue 2 years ago and it took about a month and Sprint was finally able to correct this.

    File complaints with FTC and your cell phone provider, and cut off text messages if they are costing you.
