recently tried to download antivirus software and failed so cancelled the order yet I have been billed £49.95 against my credit card.
you will recognise my order from my e-mail address. time of order circa february 2010.
please reimburse this amount and do not make any more demands on my funds.

I had a similar issue. I didn't want the service anymore but still got billed. There's no address to be found to contact. The german branch said they had nothing to do with it.
I would like to cancel the service and get reimbursed for the last bill that was charged to my credit card on June 21st.

My credit card debited on 17th Nov £39.90 by DRI*Trend Software, Shannon, Co, IRL I have never used this company and would like to know where they got my credit card number from and would like £39. 90 credited back to my account immediately

Ich werde meine Bank umgehend auffordern, die eingangs genannte Rechnung nicht zu honorieren und behalte mir eine Strafanzeige gegen Digitalriver und / oder PayPal vor.
