Dear Airtel,
Now and then I get a message "Thank you for downloading pull news. You have been charged Rs.1" I have never downloaded anything and I have complained to customer service already who promised to resolve it. This has happened atleast for 5 to 6 times and is irritating.
I have been a long time Airtel customer and this issue is forcing me to look for other networks using number portability.
My number is 9840608518
