It's been about two months since we started using Square Up. At the beginning I only had small problems, for some reason it declined some of my customers cards, that my other machine could process just fine. I didn't pay much attention to it. Then about 2 weeks ago, it was "unable to process payment", on one of my regular customers debit visa card, I ran the card a couple of times because it had taken it before, but got same error. Unfortunately my customer got charged, we have the same bank and verified squareup had taken his money, they refunded one of the transactions, but not the other, and squareup NEVER made the deposit to my account, i had to pay my client's purchase from my own pocket!! I couldn't find a customer service number or email, I sent them an email to noreply@messaging.squareup.com, and of course they didn't answer. In the meantime i had already canceled my old cc machine so i had no choice to continue using square, and they stole money from my clients again today. I've stopped using square as of today, however i still need to get my money back, any suggestions?

I pay a monthly service from my reader like $15 bucks a month but i dont have any issues with money being deposited or customer service.
Do yourself a favor and call them (800)918-6409 from my calculations their rates are almost half of all these gimmicky phone processing companies......
No thanks Mr.! Id rather go with a program that you pay as you go with a flat rate. Obviously! Any payment processor can legally hold funds. Read the fine print.

I have called and talked to someone by the name of Candy at (214) 636-0636 and she has been unable to provide said document as stated above.
I will be submitting your company as well as Cindy to the Better Business Bureau.
This is something I do not what to do but $500.00 is a lot to pay for an animal with no papers.
