I am going through a nightmare dealing with Turkish Airlines Customer service.   I bought my ticket on internet and unfortunately transposed to letter in my name which i realised after the purchase went thru.   The policy is to cancel and repurchase a new ticket for the same amount or more.  The new ticked was purchased for less.  They would not correct my name or help me with the process per thier policy or guide me.  They can hardly speak english.  The website does not execute according to the policy -- it is a nightmare.  I will never ever travel by Turkish Airlines ever.    I have travelled for last 33 years but have never come across such a BAD service.   THEY SUCK
Have no idea how to fight back

    If you read my message respond with the ref no.I have recently had a bad trip with the turkish airline,my flight was delayed 1hr 10 mins istanbul to karachi.They started boarding late and right before takeoff they found out fueling issue with the plane that took them 1hr more to fix the prob.The tragedy was not over and lost the bag at the destination and was told by the staff that your bag was not received,filed a compaint two days ago,but no response yet.If any one in this airline could take care of this complaint with my ref no KHITK20624/10JUN15/0150GMT.Flight  tk708.During the flight the steward did not even ask for water or any thing else which was quite shocking for me.Kindly fix all these issues if you read this message and run an inquiry to find my one lost baggage that had all my clothings,candies and very personnel stuff,bag claim no was TK331315.Thanks if you read and give me a call.

    i travel from chicago to karachi on  december 14/2015 coming back on january 13/2016  flight number is Tk5 Istambol. Att karachi airport the clerk by the  name Umer he gave us a hurd time  for the luggage asking huge  amount of money  which is thirty one thousand rupees .I was with my daughter and two kids  every suitcase before living the house was wheighd but he insist at for the money i ask him for receipt but he didnt  give us  any .Being Pakistani my self i do not trust the staff thy all share the  money and they never give recept to any one so many people are complaining sence every one was hurry among big lines people dint want waite .My request is please  check  the staff at Karachi airport for the better service . I was very disappointed
